This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 28, 2008:
When I was about 3 my family lived just behind my grandma's house. Our land was just on the other side of the creek of hers. My earliest memory is sneaking into grandmas house and taking her kiwis she used to keep in a fruit basket by the door. I don't know why, but I've always remembered that... I'm still that ornery too! lol

Help

My first memory was something that I thought was a dream, until I told my mother about it years later, I was only 2 to two and a half when I had this memory.
I remember being in a diaper, and going down a staircase, on my butt, stair by stair, until I got to the bottom, and there I found a blockade. It turns out it was a card table to keep my older sister from roaming the house in the early hours of the morning. I remember looking around the table and seeing a china cabinet, loaded with beautiful shiny things..and I remember also hearing my father, and grandfather's voice.. If I remember correctly, I worked my way back up the stairs, and fell asleep on the floor. I used to hop over the crib and out, the hard way..NOT the sides where the gates are, but the higher sides. Always have been a strange child/person. Anyhow…later in my life, I did tell my mother about this dream, I remembered again because I had the same “dream” in my late teens. She got the strangest look on her face, and told me that I had described the layout of our Boston home, to a “T” and she was totally blown away. So was I for that matter. It was card night for the guys when this memory takes place.
Well, that's it.
